Looky Lu Clothing was founded in 2009 by Cindy Brown, a freelance fashion designer from St. Louis.

Cindy developed a mad love affair with sewing after a lifetime of watching her mother sew. Cindy Brown is currently a fashion design student, pursuing a bachelors degree.

Having won several awards across the midwest, she is now considered a master costumer. Some of her accreditations include:

***Having two of her costumes appear in Xbox 360 Magazine's June 2008 issue as a feature story.

***Having two garments receive second and third place in the St. Louis Science Center's Scifest 8 Eco-friendly fashion show.

Cindy Brown lives in St. Louis and creates her designs from her home that she shares with her boyfriend and her zoo of animals; Sherlock and Aisha, the fabulous felines, and Athena and Loki, her crazy pups.
